What's happening at CES?

Our Fourth Annual Boosterthon Fun Run on October 6th was a great success!

Ahoy Matey…..CES’s 2nd grade just completed a unit on map skills and the tools that go along with using and reading a map. Their unit ended with a slew of pirates taking over our campus. They enjoyed plenty of “pirate loot”. Fun was had by all!

The CES first grade dragons have been very busy learning all about the farm. They studied farm animals and the foods we get from these animals. Everyone enjoyed tasting the fresh butter they actually made in class!

Each student also decorated a pig using only recycled products. If you get a chance, stop by the first grade hall and see all of the adorable pigs.They also read the story of The Little Red Hen and performed an in school play for the kindergarten classes. Studying the farm has been very exciting this week!
